This learning needs analysis looks at Language Matters Academy as a whole, from an L&D in the workplace perspective.  Using the Association for Talent Development’s standards, it takes the mission of Language Matters Academy and analyzes the learning needs for the Language Matters Academy principals (The Core Four), the Language Matters Academy Instructors, then another list of what everyone at Language Matters Academy could benefit from.
